Half scarf, half hat: full babushka. The EDIE is a packable, all weather hat made from vintage scarves. Made in small batches by independent artisans in New York City’s garment district. The innovative design allows the hat to be worn in a variety of ways:  tied under the chin for wind and rain protection, tied behind the head for beachy sun protection, or wrapped around the neck for riding top down in a convertable (or a yacht!). The EDIE is elasticated and adjustable to fit most heads. Named after Highdive designer’s favorite film ‘Grey Gardens’ and its iconic star, Little Edie. 

Dry Clean only. Warm iron if needed.

All hats are made from vintage textiles, there may be small signs of previous ownership. Made in NYC.
