orders

all orders will be shipped WITHIN 1 WEEK from order date, unless noted otherwise.

for items listed as made to order: please allow a 2-3 week window from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email. Please note the 2-4 week production time excludes any holiday closures.

Pre-order items will ship 4-6 weeks after the pre-order for that items closes.

Shipping Information

We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer liable. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages. Please email lila@highdivenyc.com with any questions or concerns.

Exceptions to shipping rates are noted in item description.

Please allow 3-10 days for processing. 

Returns and Exchanges 

We do not offer refunds at this time.

We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit only. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

Exclusive/Pre-Order item exchanges are subject to size availability.

Sale items are final sale.

Customs Policy

Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items require 100% deposit to reserve your item. Shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.
